Is this just a notetaker?

No, and the difference matters. Tools like Fireflies or Fathom produce verbatim transcripts for compliance documentation. That's their job and they do it well. Keep using them if your compliance workflow depends on them.

Can I replace my current CRM with AUM Pulse?
